Ticket refunds/exchanges: Just a friendly Bucket Brigade reminder that all ticket sales are final. If necessary, we MAY be able to switch your ticket to another performance of your choice (based on availability) if you give us a 24 hour notice. And if you say pretty please.
Cancellations: Bucket Brigade does not offer compensation for missed performances and does not cancel performances due to bad weather.

A Note About Infants and Toddlers: We love kids. We’ve built a life in the theater while raising our three kids. And as much as we want to be as accommodating as possible, due to previous experience with infants and toddlers in the audience at Art House North we ask that attendees not bring kids under two years old (unless it’s specifically a children’s show/family show). Because it’s such an intimate, acoustically live room, and because there isn’t a quiet spot within the venue to retreat to if the kiddo is being naturally vocal, it ends up being stressful for the parent(s), cast, child and audience. As much as we want parents to get a night out, the performance venue just isn’t suited for the little-littles to accompany them. We hope you understand.
Parking: We want to be respectful of our neighbors, so we ask that your first parking option be the parking lot behind Awaken Church (1 block NE of Art House North). The address is 506 View St, Saint Paul, MN 55102. If that lot is full, there is free street parking. We ask, in respect to our neighbors, that you do not block driveways, or sidewalk entries, and that you leave at least one spot in front of each house. There have been some complaints and we want to be good stewards and good neighbors. Thanks for helping us in that effort!
Doors: The lobby at Art House North opens 60 minutes before performances. When you enter, head downstairs to the Will Call desk to check in with the smiling ticket agent. The doors to the theater will open 30 minutes before the performance, at which time a smiling usher will help you find your assigned seat(s).
